We are Elaboración de Bebidas Destiladas de Agave — a family of maestros tequileros turning hand-harvested Blue Weber agave into 100% agave tequila, born in the volcanic valleys of Jalisco and certified under NOM 1524.
The House
In El Arenal — at the foot of the Tequila Volcano, in the heart of the Los Valles region — our work follows a single conviction: that great tequila cannot be hurried. It is measured in seasons, not schedules.
Every piña we cook began as a seedling planted years before, tended through drought and harvest by hands that have read this red volcanic soil for generations. What leaves our distillery is not merely a product — it carries a producer's signature that every bottle in the world is legally bound to declare: NOM 1524.

Skilled jimadores cut each mature agave by hand with the coa, stripping the leaves to reveal the sugar-rich heart — the piña.
The piñas are steam-cooked in autoclaves, converting the agave's inulin into the clean, fermentable sugars that define our house character.
Cooked hearts are milled and pressed to release the sweet mosto — the living juice that will become tequila.
In stainless-steel tanks, yeast patiently transforms sugar into alcohol, drawing out the aromatic soul of the agave over days, not hours.
Double-distilled for clarity and depth. The first pass yields the ordinario; the second refines it to a bright, expressive spirit.
For our rested expressions, oak does the rest — time in barrel rounding the spirit into reposado, añejo, and beyond.

Our distillery sits in El Arenal, within the Los Valles region — the historic core of the tequila appellation, where iron-red volcanic soil and a warm valley climate give Blue Weber its herbaceous, earthen, citrus-bright signature.

Aged ≥ 1 year in oak
Amber and contemplative. Caramel, dried fruit and cocoa over a deep agave backbone. A sipper's tequila.
Aged ≥ 3 years in oak
The patience class. Layered oak, leather and toffee — rare, profound, and unmistakably ours.
